Mr. Young, a Senior Associate at Thurston Group, joined the firm in 2022 and focuses on evaluating investment opportunities, financial modeling, and providing operational support for Thurston’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Thurston, Mr. Young worked in M&A at Geode Health (a KKR portfolio company) and was a Senior Investment Analyst at Truist. Mr. Young is a graduate of Duke University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and played on the varsity baseball team.
