Dr. Young is an Operating Partner at Thurston Group, bringing over 15 years of strategic leadership and operational expertise in scaling healthcare businesses. Dr. Young has a proven track record of driving growth and enhancing operational efficiencies in the healthcare industry, including dental and medical aesthetics industries.

Prior to joining Thurston Group, Dr. Young was a founding partner of US Endodontic Partners where he spearheaded transformative initiatives that resulted in significant revenue expansion and market share gains. His deep understanding of market dynamics, coupled with a keen ability to identify value creation opportunities, has consistently delivered superior returns for investors. 

Dr. Young earned his dental degree from University of the Pacific.  He went on to earn a degree in endodontics as well as a Masters of Medical Science from Harvard University. Committed to fostering innovation and sustainable growth, Dr. Young actively advises portfolio company management teams on strategic planning, operational optimization, and market expansion strategies.

Outside of the office, Dr. Young and his wife, Allie, love spending time with their 5 children and traveling the world together.
